UNITED TO Host Urban Warriors 11 December 2009 The “Team of Choice” Maritzburg United Football Club will be looking to build on to Wednesday’s away in Bloemfontein when they play host to Ajax Cape Town on Sunday 13/12/2009 at the Woodburn Stadium. Kick off is @ 15h30.

The Pressure will be on both teams to come away with a victory as the “Team of Choice” look to reignite their climb away from the relegation zone while Ajax will be looking to put further pressure on the league leaders.

This game is of vital importance for the Team of Choice as they will want to put a string off indifferent home results behind them and collect maximum points against the Cape Town based Team.

“We have not had the best run of results so far this Season at home, and with only five more home games remaining, we owe it to the people of Pietermaritzburg who have rallied behind the team to put in fighting performances and collect maximum points.

“Ajax will certainly be a challenging game but we will go into this fixture positively with the aim to collect three vital points. It will also be home debuts for the team’s new signings, Goalkeeper Shuaib Walters, Defender Mario Booysen and Playmaker Kurt Lentjies,“ Said United Brand Manager Younus Kadodia.
