Bester Stars for Namibia 4 March 2010 Team of Choice winger Rudolf Bester was a thorn in the flesh of the Bafana Bafana defence in the 1-1 draw in Durban last night.

The Namibian international scored the opening goal of the game with a well-placed side-footed shot, and was a consistent threat with his pace all night long.

Bester has been one of Maritzburg’s, and indeed the PSL’s star players this season, and must certainly be one of the best signings made.

The former Eleven Arrows player has played in 24 of United’s 29 league games this season and has chipped in with four league goals.
