Team of Choice head for Johannesburg

Maritzburg United continue their pre-season schedule with a trip up to Johannesburg, where they meet with four Gauteng clubs.


This past weekend United had a local friendly game against Golden Arrows.

The team leaves on Tuesday morning and will play friendly games against SuperSport United, Bidvest Wits, Moroka Swallows and FC AK from the First Division.

They will then return in time to take part in the Premiers Cup involving all the KZN teams (Maritzburg United, Amazulu, Arrows and Thanda) on the 29 July 2012.
