Having come from a goal down to secure a draw with an over-physical Tuks side on a bumpy pitch, head coach Ernst Middendorp was satisfied with the result.
However, Jettoo says the players were unhappy not to have secured maximum points, while the numerous heavy challenges that went in also left their mark on a few United players.
“I suppose it is not the worst result but we would have been much happier with three points. The players are also disappointed with the result as they wanted to kick off with maximum points.
“On the injury front we have Delron Buckely, Mthokozisi Yende, Ruben Cloete who all took very bad tackles during the match working with the Physio trying to get them ready for our next fixture against AmaZulu,” said Jettoo.
“We are also still in the process of trying to obtain Terrance Manadaza’s work permit to have him ready for our next fixture,” he added.
Exciting news for fans is that there is an opportunity to meet with the Team of Choice playing staff on the weekend.
“We have an autograph session at the Edendale mall in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday allowing our loyal supporters an opportunity to get some of the players Autographs and some time to mingle and get to know their heroes better from 12h00 to 14h00.”
