United’s “Jemba” is a Coca-Cola All Star

Maritzburg United Academy player Sifiso “Jemba” Dlamini was selected for the Coca-Cola All Stars South African squad that participated in the recent International Tournament.

Other participating countries included Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Mauritius and Malawi. South Africa lost in the finals.

United’s “Jemba” participated in all the games and operated in his usual role as a defensive midfielder and word has it that he was superb in all the games.

His Coach at United Katz Nadioo, was full of praise for his diminutive fielder adding that his call up was long overdue. A hard grafter that is gifted in winning crucial balls in front of his back four and effective when in possession, plus he is a team player.

For him this is the beginning of many big things to come. The club congratulates him on his performance and are proud of his feats. Keep it up “Jemba”
