COACH PEDRO RAMOS PLEASED TO BE PART OF THE FAMILY

Newly-appointed Video and performance coach analyst Pedro Ramos is looking forward to a successful stay in Pietermaritzburg as he teams up once more with Maritzburg United head coach Ernst Middendorp.
The Portugal-born Ramos previously worked with coach Ernst in Asia - the two were at Bangkok United.
"My last team was Bangkok United in Thailand. I was there for two years and worked there also with coach Ernst," Ramos told the Team of Choice's media department.
"Before joining Maritzburg, I'm worked for Cape Verde national team as a head of analysis.
"I've always had a good relationship with coach Ernst, he was always 100% professional with me.
"I like to work with him and here also I am feeling very comfortable with him here, so far all good."
Coach Pedro is still settling down in the City of Choice, but says he's been made to feel welcome.
"PMB, so far I don't know too much of the city - my current life is here are the Harry Gwala Stadium my condominium, the supermarket.
"Regarding the people of PMB, I was well received by everybody. They are all funny guys and so far I like it here, the weather is good, it's quite similar with the spring in my country, so far all good."
"I know that in the past the club has enjoyed good seasons - the top five, the top eight, some cup semi-finals and finals. So, I hope we can have a soft season, not like last season where we were fighting for relegation.
"I believe we build a nice team, and we will give to the people of the city an entertaining and good season.
